Artificial intelligence is no longer a future concern — it is already embedded in how we think, work, create, and relate. Most people are navigating this transformation without meaningful guidance, absorbing the technology as it comes and rarely pausing to ask whether their relationship with it is actually working for them.
That's where this work begins.
What This Is
Existential AI Consulting & Coaching is individual consulting for professionals and creatives who want to engage with AI more consciously and intentionally. It draws on my background in existential psychology, behavioral science, and cyberpsychology — but it is not therapy, and it doesn't require you to be in distress to benefit from it.
Think of it as having an experienced thought partner who understands both the psychological and the deeply human dimensions of what you're navigating. Someone who can help you see patterns you might not notice on your own, ask the questions that cut through the noise, and help you build a relationship with AI that reflects your values, your goals, and the kind of thinker you want to be.
What We Might Work On
AI as a genuine thought partner: Many people use AI transactionally — prompting for outputs rather than engaging it as a tool for deeper thinking. We can explore how to interact with AI in ways that sharpen your reasoning, expand your perspective, and support your best work rather than shortcut it.
Over-reliance and avoidance: Like any powerful tool, AI can be used in ways that quietly undermine us — outsourcing judgment we should be developing, or being avoided out of anxiety or a felt threat to professional identity. These patterns are worth examining.
Identity, authorship, and meaning: For writers, designers, strategists, and other knowledge workers, AI raises genuine questions about creativity, originality, and what it means to do your own work. These aren't abstract philosophical puzzles — they carry real psychological weight and deserve serious attention.
Decision-making and cognitive clarity: AI can be a remarkable aid to complex thinking — or it can introduce noise, false confidence, and diffusion of responsibility. Learning to use it well in high-stakes contexts is a skill that benefits from deliberate development.
Making sense of what's changing: Sometimes the most valuable thing is a structured, honest conversation with someone who takes the question seriously — about what AI means for your field, your sense of competence, your relationships, or your longer-term trajectory.
Who This Is For
This work is well suited for professionals, creatives, and leaders who are already living and working with AI and want a more intentional relationship with it. Particularly:
